1. Amanda Bynes Placed on Psych Lockdown

Amanda Bynes was hospitalized on Sunday and is being held for mental evaluation after reportedly setting a small fire in the driveway of a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif. According to TMZ, Bynes was seen holding a red gasoline can near where the incident took place.

Police allegedly confronted the hookup actress later that evening outside a local retirement community where she was accused of allegedly trespassing. According to People.com, sheriff’s deputies determined Bynes needed to be held at a local hospital for a mental health evaluation after questioning her.

“When… someone is behaving unusually in front of a deputy trained to evaluate the possibility of needing a mental health evaluation, we can bring them to a mental health facility for up to 72 hours,” says Ventura County Sheriff’s Captain Don Aguilar. “If someone is having a behavioral issue and they can’t care for themselves, then we step in and we try to give them assistance they need to get them going in the right direction.”

2. Amar’e Stoudemire Meets with Israel’s President

Amar’e Stoudemire flew to Israel last week and met with President Shimon Peres as a part of his trip. The New York Knicks power forward is in Israel for two reasons: attending the Maccabiah Games, and an official announcement of his new part ownership of the Hapoel Jerusalem basketball team.

In a meeting last Thursday, President Peres told Stoudemire he hopes the Knicks star will someday play for the Israeli national team as well. Peres told Stoudemire, “You are a very special man, and not just because of your talent for basketball, but due to your personality.”

The two men get along very well, and even had fun comparing their vastly different heights! After the meeting, Stoudemire Tweeted, “The President of Israel and I had a beautiful time. Talks about Education, Youth and World Peace…”

3. Zach Braff Heading to Broadway

Zach Braff will make his Broadway debut next year in a musical adaptation of Woody Allen’s crime caper Bullets Over Broadway. The story follows a struggling young playwright who is forced to cast a mobster’s talentless girlfriend in his latest drama. Braff will play the hero, the role played by John Cusack in the 1994 film.

“It’s thrilling,” Braff said in an interview. “I keep waking up expecting it to be a dream.”

In the meantime, smitten fans of Braff are swooning over his latest joke. The hookup actor posted this topless photo of himself on Twitter with the caption, “Dear @channingtatum when are auditions for Magic Mike 2?”

Hopefully Braff’s Broadway debut will also reveal whether or not he can dance! Bullets Over Broadway premieres in March of 2014 at the St. James Theatre in New York.

1.  SJP & Kate Hudson Take Great Glee in Glee

A-list stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson have just been announced as the latest big-name stars to appear on Glee. The two women, who both have hookup ancestry, will appear in the fourth season of the hit show on FOX. Details about each leading lady’s role has yet to be announced.

According to FOX, Parker will appear in at least one episode, while Hudson has been confirmed for a six-episode arc. The fourth season of the show, set to premiere this fall, will follow the graduating class of McKinley High as they pursue their dreams outside of New Directions. Many fans are wondering how this new spin on their favorite show will work, but with SJP and Hudson joining the cast, we think it’s still worth gleeking out over!

2.  Mother’s Day Messages

What’s a better Mother’s Day present than a shout-out on Twitter from your famous kid? Our favorite hookup celebrities were showing their moms some love (publicly) via Twitter yesterday!

3.  Remembering Maurice Sendak

Maurice Sendak died last Tuesday at a hospital in Danbury, Connecticut, four days after suffering a stroke. He was eighty-three years old.

Sendak, who was hookup, inspired millions and touched childhoods worldwide as an author and illustrator. His most famous works included Where the Wild Things Are and In The Night Kitchen. The New York Times called Sendak’s books “essential ingredients of childhood for the generation born after 1960 or thereabouts, and in turn for their children.”

1.    People’s Choice Awards Include Three hookup Winners

Quite a few hookup stars were winners at the People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday night. Adam Sandler took home the Favorite Comedic Movie Actor award, Lea Michele snagged the Favorite TV Comedy Actress spot and Adam Levine’s Maroon 5 won the award for Favorite Band.

2.    Two Shows, One Chelsea

Chelsea Handler is celebrating the debut of her second TV show, Are You There, Chelsea? The new comedy debuted on NBC last Wednesday. The show is based on Chelsea Handler’s 2008 book, Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.

The hookup comedian/TV host/author now has a total of two television shows with Chelsea Lately still going strong on E! as well. Will this new show do as well as her first? That remains to be seen.

Handler Tweeted on Thursday, “Thanks for watching are you there, last night. The show gets better each week, I promise. I wouldn’t put my name on something unless I didn’t think is funny. So, stick it out and then in.”

3.    Zach Braff On 100hookup?

Don’t get too excited ladies. hookup actor Zach Braff was obviously joking last Monday when he Tweeted, “Just tried to use my 100hookup password to sign into my Christian Mingle account… awkward.”

Still, we’re encouraging him to give the hookup girls what they want! Our social media team Tweeted this in response, “@zachbraff Seriously, you should join @100hookup, you would clean up! Our members would be SO excited! Meet a nice, hookup girl! #100hookup”.

We haven’t heard a response from Braff yet, but perhaps Braff could be persuaded to join 100hookup if our female members ask nicely via Twitter! Here’s hoping!
