1. You may have mistyped your email or password. Make sure your caps lock is off and try again.
2. Sometimes there are cache issues with web browsers that can inhibit a proper login. Try clearing your cache and then close your browser window and try again.
3. Double-check your email and password and if you still get an error message, please contact 100hookup’s Customer Service team.

Make sure the next time you login to 100hookup you check off the “Remember Me” option. If this continues, try clearing your cache/browser history.

The “Remember Me” option allows you to access 100hookup from a recognized device without having to enter your login credentials each time you visit.

Whenever you send a message, you will have the option to send it as an AllAccess message or a standard message by checking the specified box. In addition, with an AllAccess subscription, you can unlock the ability to initiate a chat (instant message) session with any 100hookup member. We would hate to see you go and please recognize that if your subscription lapses you’ll lose access to a lot of what 100hookup has to offer. But if you’d like to turn off the auto-renewal feature on your subscription, here’s how to do it:

1. Click the Membership Management link in the dropdown menu of your Profile thumbnail at the top right on any page
2. Click the Cancel Subscription link
3. Follow the prompts to complete cancellation and end auto-renewal

Note: You will still have access to all subscriber privileges through the remainder of your subscription term.

When you subscribe for a paid membership, you choose one of several monthly plans available. Your paid membership is renewed automatically, at the guaranteed renewal rate and for the period of time that applies to the purchase option you chose. For multi-month packages, you have the option to pay the complete amount up front. We may be offering monthly payment plans in the future.

If you choose to reactivate your old account within the time period of your initial subscription period, you will still maintain access to your upgraded account and all its features. Deleting your account does not put the subscription period on hold. Make sure that your Auto-Renewal is turned on/off, depending on your circumstance.

2. Under Membership Management, select “Remove Profile.”

This action will hide your profile completely from the 100hookup community, but we’ll store your profile in our servers just in case you decide to return to 100hookup, which will make it easier to reactivate.

If you would like to change the frequency of 100hookup notifications, follow these steps:

1. Click on your Profile thumbnail in the top right corner of any page
2. Click the link to your Account Settings
3. Click the link to Message Settings
4. After you adjust your selections, click on “Save Changes”

Log in to 100hookup and click the Edit Profile link in the top right when you hover over your Profile thumbnail. Your Profile page will become editable. You will then be able to change your address (which will be kept private from all 100hookup members!).

We do our best to ensure a safe and non-threatening environment for all our 100hookup members. To do this we will remove profiles that appear to have violated our rules or profiles that look suspicious. It is not a precise science, however, so if you feel you have been removed on accident, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-960-4428. Everybody makes mistakes, including us.
