I'm smart, caring, and all that other typical positive stuff that everyone writes about themselves. I've been told many times that I'm a great guy, now I just have to find that one special person that agrees. I'll do just about anything to help out my friends, and I don't ask for anything in return. When I go out with friends, I'm usually the first one with my wallet out when the bill arrives. I'm most interested in laughing and having fun. Most of the television and movies that I watch are comedies. I try to catch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report every night. For movies, I go with Mel Brooks, Monty Python, and other classic 80's comedies. I also watch and read a fair amount of science fiction and fantasy, though I'm not obsessive to the point of waiting in line for three days to see a new Star Wars movie. I'm a pretty big sports fan, including the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics, as well as men's and women's college hockey, but I don't spend time memorizing lots of useless statistics. I usually prefer hanging out at home or going to restaurants with friends than going to clubs or loud bars. I just finished a fun softball season, despite our team's 0-8 record. Of course, if there's anything else you'd like to know, don't hesitate to ask.

Being with a person that you just feel like you belong with, can talk to about anything, always willing to help in any way possible, and share life with.
I've learned that openness and honesty are extremely important. You should always talk about anything, good or bad.
My ideal would be a cute, hookup geek. Intelligent conversation is a definite requirement. Being able to spend time together and have fun is important, so there need to be common interests. A sense of humor (not necessarily a good one) is also important; if you can't laugh, what's the point? Someone that would rather go out to a restaurant or bar with friends than a loud club. A nice smile will go a long way.
Dinner and/or drinks is good. It's a chance to relax, talk about stuff, and get to know each other. C'mon, you just can't beat food. Of course, I'm always open to new ideas. The important part is the chance to talk.
