Lainie Belitz quickly discovered that being our Bride of the Year meant the sky was the limit when it came to beauty options and ideas for her wedding. To help Lainie create her big-day look, we introduced her to the experts. First stop: the Avon Salon & Spa in New York City's Trump Tower, where she indulged in a luxurious regimen of makeup and beauty treatments designed to put her in a bridal frame of mind. Join Lainie on her get-gorgeous adventure.
The Avon Salon & Spa kicked off Lainie's day with a rejuvenation treatment called "From the Sea." It started with an invigorating head-to-toe exfoliation, then massage therapist Deborah Clark applied mineral-rich seaweed to tone and detoxify Lainie's skin. A Swiss shower rinse left her feeling refreshed. On to the manicure and pedicure stations, where Lainie's hands and feet were primped, pampered and polished. Her favorite part: nail technician Tatiana Zarshevsky's incredible hand and foot massages, which she calls "a must for any stressed-out bride." A thoroughly tranquil Lainie was ready for makeup and hair. What would her bridal look be? Because Lainie doesn't wear a lot of makeup (typically a touch of mascara and lip gloss), makeup artist Simone Crawford chose a clean, polished approach. She used beComing's Three Cheers Eyecolor in Spicy and Defining Moment Eyeliner in Black to showcase our girl's big, brown eyes, and Added Brilliance Powder Blush and Highlighter in Bronzer on the apples of her cheeks. Look at Lainie glow!
