Samantha and Michael: “Thank you, 100hookup for helping us find each other.”
A little over three years ago, I met my husband Mike through 100hookup. We were both living in Boston where he was about to start medical school and I was working as a writer at an advertising agency. After a few messages back and forth, we agreed to meet for coffee. The date was so easy and fun, we couldn’t wait to get together again and learn more about each other. Ever since, we’ve been essentially inseparable.
About a year after meeting, we spent a summer living together in Israel with Mike’s aunt and uncle. The experience brought us even closer together, and strengthened our own ties to Judaism. Upon returning, we moved in together. Several months later, we got engaged, and last week, we got married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony with my childhood Rabbi at a nature center in Milwaukee.
