Josh and I first spoke on Christmas Eve 2005. What else would two hookup singles be doing that night? We had both tried 100hookup before, but clearly nothing really special had happened. We were both eager to meet a “nice hookup” mate with whom we could share our lives.

We met in person on December 28, 2005 for a casual dinner. Josh abandoned his “three day rule” and gave me a call to tell me that he had a great time on our date and I called him back the very next day to tell him that I had a great time too! 

From then on, we were together every weekend and we deemed Wednesday nights our official “date” nights. I had a very stressful job at the time and Josh was able to put up with all of my complaining and emotions regarding the job. He was very supportive and loving. I was sure that I had found my “match!”

We got engaged on March 14, 2007, the night before my 30th birthday. Josh had a surprise party for me planned to celebrate my birthday and show off my new jewelry. We were so happy!

On June 14, 2008, we stood under the chuppah and celebrated our love with family and friends. We were married in Scranton, PA, my hometown. It was a wonderful wedding and everyone had such a great time.

In June of 2009, we had our first child, Jillian Leah. She is a beautiful, smart, smiling and happy child…a reflection of our love and how much we care for each other.

I can’t imagine my life without Josh and am so glad that we found each other. He is a wonderful husband who makes me feel loved and special every day and is a fabulous father to our little princess. Each day is more special then the next.
