| Where does my profile show up and how do I change the settings? |

Our site is set up so that there are many ways for members to find each other, including Members Online, searches, Your Matches emails and Hot Lists. Your profile automatically shows up in all these sections. Members can also look up your profile with your user name and member number or if you send them an email, instant message or tease.
Members who are most active on the site keep their profile visible in all places because it ups their chances of connecting with people.
If you don't want your profile to show up in Members Online, Hot Lists or Search, you can go to Profile Display Settings in Member Services and hide your profile.
Just remember, someone special may be looking for you and never get to find you if your profile is hidden.
